Dental implants

The closest thing to a natural tooth.
A dental implant replaces a missing tooth from the root up. A small titanium post is placed in the jawbone, where it fuses with the bone over a few months to become a rock-solid anchor. A custom crown then attaches to the post, and the result is a tooth that looks natural, feels stable, and lets you eat whatever you want without a second thought.
Unlike a bridge, an implant doesn't rely on neighboring teeth for support. And unlike dentures, it never slips, clicks, or comes out at night. Implants also preserve the jawbone, which naturally shrinks where a tooth is missing.
Why Perry Dental
Implants are an investment, and you deserve a dentist who treats them that way, with careful planning, honest guidance on whether an implant is truly your best option, and follow-up care from someone who knows your name. Dr. Jack will tell you plainly if a bridge or partial makes more sense for your situation. No upselling. Ever.
How it works
- Planning your implant
Dr. Jack maps out the whole timeline with you before anything starts, using digital imaging to plan the placement precisely, with clear pricing for each step. - The post is placed
Most patients describe the placement itself as easier than expected, with mild soreness for a few days that's managed with over-the-counter pain relief. - Healing and your new tooth
The post fuses with the bone over a few months, then your custom crown is attached on top.
Have more questions?
The implant post itself can last a lifetime with good care. The crown on top typically lasts 10 to 15 years or more.
Most healthy adults are. Adequate bone and healthy gums matter, and an exam with imaging will give us a clear answer.
