Dr. Jack Thomas
Hello, my name is Jack Thomas, and I am very excited to be practicing dentistry in Perry. I grew up nearby in Dallas Center before moving to Osceola. I graduated from Interstate 35 High School and have always enjoyed being part of a small community. I received my bachelor's degree from Simpson College, majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Business Management. I then attended the University of Iowa, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Outside of dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my fiance Erin, our dog Brux, and hunting whenever I get the chance. I enjoy getting to know patients and helping them feel comfortable while providing high-quality dental care. It means so much to be a part of the Perry community, and I look forward to working with you all alongside the amazing staff at Perry Dental Center.

Erin Reed
Erin grew up in Ankeny, Iowa and attended school at DMACC. She received her registered dental assistant certification in 2022 and earned her expanded functions certification in dental assisting in 2023. Since then, Erin has worked in general dentistry and periodontics. She plans to obtain her license in dental hygiene through DMACC in 2027.
In her free time, she enjoys house projects with her fiancé, walks with their dog, reading a good thriller, and spending time with family and friends. Erin always wants her patients to feel happy, comfortable, and safe when visiting our office.
Ciery
Ceiry graduated from the DMACC dental assistant program in 2019 and is a proud mom to four wonderful kids: Mateo, Israel, Bruno and Renata. She shares her busy home with her husband, Israel and their furbaby Tilly.
Ceiry loves spending her days with her family – especially cheering from the sidelines at her kids' soccer games and celebrating their milestones, big and small. While her days are often full, in her free time she enjoys hitting the gym or treating herself to a relaxing pedicure.
Candis
Candis is a Registered Dental Assistant who is currently working to obtain her expanded functions certification. Her and her husband have lived in Perry since 2015 with their 4 children.
In her free time she enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, photography, crafting & tending to her animals on her homestead. She is excited to be part of the Perry Dental Center team, to grow her knowledge and continue to give patients excellent care.
